JOYCE ANN CONLEY SHANAHAN Florence, South Carolina Joyce Ann Conley Shanahan, 80, of Florence, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Shanahan was born in Cincinnati, OH, a daughter of the late Stanford Conley and Marguerite McWilliams Conley. Mrs. Shananhan was lovingly raised by Marguerite McWilliams Horsley and Albert Horsley of Cincinnati, OH.She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was the wife of Dennis P. Shanahan for fifty-eight years, the mother ofDennis Timothy Shanahan of Florence, SC, Michael Patrick (Cathy) Shanahan of Hillsboro, OH, Linda Marie (Tim) McNamara of Florence, SC, Theresa Ann Shanahan of Cincinnati, OH, and Julia Helen (Danny) Wyrick of Hepzibah, GA; the grandmother of ten grandchildren, Timothy, Katherine and Dennis McNamara, Amy Maleckar, Misty Kimmerlin, Christina Barbin, Darrell Wyrick, Patrick, Emily and Brian Shanahan; and the great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
