Joshua Enoch Poston

Joshua Enoch Poston, 35, of Florence, SC passed away into the arms of our Lord on Saturday, December 22, 2018. Josh was educated in Florence Public Schools before receiving a degree in Engineering Graphics Technology from Florence-Darlington Technical College.He was a hard-working and faithful employee of Magbee Contractors Supply in Winder, GA as a truss designer.He was a die-hard football fan, faithfully following the Clemson Tigers.Josh loved backpacking, camping, fishing, sports, and simply being outdoors.He had a natural gift for music, especially when playing the violin.Josh was a devoted and loving father and son.He was a kind-hearted, compassionate, simple soul who was loved by all and will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Manley and Elmina Poston and maternal grandfather, Rembert “Red” Clark. Josh leaves behind three sons, Noah, Nathanael, and Joshiah; parents, Jerry and Susan Poston; brother, Jeremy and his daughter, Emma; sister, Kristen (Owen) Fraley and their children, Alex, Abigail, and Madeline; grandmother, Ruth Clark, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. Memorials may be made to Peace Youth Life Center, 897 3rd Loop Road, Florence, SC29505. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 PM Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Peace Free Will Baptist Church with the service to follow at 3:00 in the church sanctuary.Burial will take place in Hillside Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, Florence, SC directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
