Joseph Clyde Bone

Joseph Clyde Bone, 84, of Florence, SC, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015. Mr. Bone was born in Florence County, SC, a son of the late Joseph Crawley Bone and Livia Cora Flowers Bone. Clyde was a dedicated member of the Church Of God, a Worldwide Association, for over 32 years.. Surviving are his children, Bobby (Robin) Bone of Florence; Barbara (Jerry) Bennett of Florence, Shirley (Greg) Fowler of Ft. Payne, AL, Rhonda (Charles) McLellan of Pawleys Island and Florence; and Donna (Rocky) Rockett of Gastonia, NC; grandchildren, Rome Bennett, Jay Fowler, Parker Fowler, Jordan Fowler, Tammy Hinson, Ashleigh Jackson, Derrick Bone, Amber Bone and Ryan Bone; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sister, Daisy Jeffords; a very special friend, Faye Campbell; a number of nieces and nephews and a very close church family. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased in death by his wife, Mamie Louise Jeffords Bone and two brothers, James “Boss” Bone and Van “Blue” Bone. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. The Family would like for you to join them to celebrate the life of their loved one following the service in the fellowship hall of Quinby Baptist Church, 950 East Ashby Road. A meal will be served.
