Johnny Clyde Renfroe

Johnny Clyde Renfroe, 69, of Orangeburg, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at MUSC after an illness. Mr. Renfroe was born in Edgefield, SC, a son of the late Clyde Austin Renfroe and Daisy Stapleton Renfroe.He enjoyed fishing and had been employed as a mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jeff Renfroe; great-grandson, Ezekiel Alaniz and by his second wife, Dorothy Renfroe. Surviving are his daughters, Hope Renfroe (Bennett) Davis of Pamplico and Renae Renfroe of WA; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and his faithful canine companion, Missy. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 181 E. Evans Street, STE C-2, BTC-045, Florence, SC29506 and to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA23060-9979. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
