John Timothy "Tim" Sarvis

John Timothy “Tim” Sarvis, 46, of Florence, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014, at the McLeod Hospice House. Mr. Sarvis was born in Florence, SC, a son of Dianne Hill Harrell and the late John Daniel Sarvis .He assisted his mother and step-father at Harrell’s Nursery. In addition to his father, Mr. Sarvis is preceded in death by his grandparents, Foster and Sadie Hill and John and Ruth Sarvis. Surviving are his mother, Dianne Harrell, his step-father, Ricky Harrell, cousins, aunts and uncles; his special friend, Malcom McLellan and his good friend John Wayne Boatwright. A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Gospel Temple Worship Center directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 2:00 -3:00 pm on Sunday at Gospel Temple Worship Center.
