John Robert Polen

John Robert Polen, 61, of Coward, passed away on April 18, 2020. John Robert Polen was born June 23, 1958 in Washington, DC. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel William Polen, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen Polen; his brother, Dr. Bill (Angela) Polen; sisters, Debbie (Wendell) Pitman, and Sharon (Tom) Moyer.He was also an uncle to four nephews and three nieces. During his early adult years, he served as a cardiopulmonary technician at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.He was a member of Lake City First Baptist Church and he is now at peace with his Savior Jesus Christ.
