John Bruce, Jr.

John "Johnny" Sheppard Bruce Jr Florence, SC John "Johnny" Sheppard Bruce Jr., 51, of Florence, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012 at his residence after an illness. Mr. Bruce was born in Marlboro County; a son of the late John Sheppard and Eula Nette Woodle Bruce Sr. He retired as a self-employed Draftsman and had been a member of Blenheim Fire Department and Marlboro County Rescue for many years. Mr. Bruce is survived by his son, Dustin Bruce of Florence. Memorials may be made to Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home, PO Box 12870, Florence, SC 29505 to assist the family. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at his son's residence 6-8:00PM Friday, March 23, 2012.
