Joe G. Newman

Joe G. Newman, 80, of Lynchburg, SC passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Mr. Newman was born the son of the late Orville and Aline Woods Newman. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years, having served in the Vietnam War and traveled the world during his military service. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Allie Christine Tarte Newman, and by his daughter, Robin Denise Newman Eaddy. Surviving are his son, Tony (Barbara) Newman of Belton, SC; daughter, Donna Newman of Hanahan, SC; grandchildren, Nicky Tasby, Joshua Douglas (Brittnay) Newman, Joseph Daniel (Courtney) Newman, Christopher David (Jerri Ann) Newman; great-grandchildren, Lexi Marie Coker, Willow Kristine Newman, Christopher David Newman, Jr.
