Joan Ann Phillips, 68, of Florence, SC, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Frank Elwood Phillips and Bertha Mae Edwards Phillips.

Joan was a collector of all things and she loved animals.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her twin sister, Jean Mae Phillips.

She is survived by her brother, Frank Monroe Phillips and her nephew, Matthew Phillips.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 29, 2026 at Florence Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM.
