Jennie Hoffman Randall

Jennie Hoffman Randall, 90, of Florence, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 25, 2014, at the Heritage Home. Mrs. Randall was born in Darlington County, daughter of the late Charlie Clarence Hoffman and Maybelle Warr Hoffman Campbell.She attended the Florence Beauty Academy and was the owner/operator of Klip and Kurl Beauty shop.Mrs. Randall was a member of Florence Baptist Temple and volunteered at Carolinas Hospital System for a number of years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, James Howard Shelton and Arthur Wesley Randall; her son, Barry Allen Gray; and her sister, Annie Mae Cain. Surviving are three step-daughters, Ruth Kraii of Tokoyo, Japan, Barbara Walker of Flint, MI and Peggy Randall Burgess of North Hills, CA; her brother, Charles “Red” Andrew Hoffman of Florence; and nieces and nephews, Jack (Audrey) Cain of West Columbia, SC, John R. (Jean) Cain of Little River, SC, and Charles (Bonnie) Hoffman, Pat H. (Mike) Page and Peggy H. (Eddie) Putnam, all of Florence. Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Mount Hope Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. -3:00 p.m. before the service at the cemetery.
