Jeanne Wylin Fanning

Jeanne Wylin Fanning, 71, of Florence, SC, passed away March 6, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late John William Fanning and Helen Louise Hatfield Fanning.

Jeanne loved reading, caring for plants, cooking, and spending time with her cat, Henry. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree and later attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales.

She is survived by her brother, Kenneth (Sonya) Fanning; Niece, Katherine Ann Fanning; Aunt, Lois Anderson; and numerous cousins.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Florence Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
