Jason Eric Tocco

Jason Eric Tocco, 36, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. Jason was born in Florence, SC a son of Peter J. Tocco and Melody Norman Tocco. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed collectables. He was preceded in death by his son, Skylar Reed Tocco; paternal grandparents, Salvatore J. Tocco and Carmela Tocco; maternal grandfather, Roy Clyde Norman, Sr.; aunt, Dorothy Vassallo, and by a cousin, William Glen Norman. Surviving are his parents of Florence; son, Keith A. Tocco, of Conway, SC; step-son, David Buttles, III of Conway, SC; step-daughter, Katie Buttles of Florence; sister, Julia Oswald Livingston Parrish of Louisiana; uncles, Roy C. (Lanette) Norman, Jr., Lee (Robin) Norman, and Chris (Carol) Norman, Salvatore Tocco, Jr., and Paul Vassallo; aunt, Frances Tocco, and numerous cousins from New York. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, diabetes.org. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 pm Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel.Burial will take place at Florence Memorial Gardens.
