James Edward Thomas, 76, of Effingham, SC passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in the Florence Memorial Gardens chapel with the service to follow at 11:00 AM.Entombment will take place after the service directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
