James T. Hudson

James T. Hudson, 76, of Effingham, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Mr. Hudson was born in Florence Co., SC a son of the late Van Hudson and Isadora Ferrell Hudson.He retired from Horne Ford and had worked at Cardinal Tire. Surviving are his wife, Lana C. Bailey Hudson; sons, Allen Hudson, Timothy Hudson, and Brian Hudson; step-daughter, Lisa Kelehear; step-son, Frank Bailey; grandchildren, Taylor McDaniel, Crystal Hudson, Courtney Hudson, James Hudson, Emily Hudson, Erica Hudson, Alyssa Hudson, and Hannah Hudson; three great-grandchildren; brother, Rueben Hudson, and sister, Bertha Evans Grady. The family will receive friends from 3 – 4 pm Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to take place at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
