Jacqueline "Jackie" Powell Bellflowers

FLORENCE, SC Jacqueline Ann “Jackie” Powell Bellflowers, 63, of Florence, SC passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016 after an illness. Jackie was born in Florence, SC a daughter of Wessie Turner Powell and the late Carl Warner Powell. She attended Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church. Jackie had many health problems over her life, but she loved life, her family and puppies, and always pushed through. She could always count on her sister which was her rock, confidant and for late night talks. Although she will be deeply missed, we know that she is looking down on us with her wings spread wide waiting for us to join her one day in Heaven. Jackie is preceded in death by her father, Carl Warner Powell. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerry Bellflowers of Florence, SC; her mother, Wessie T. Powell of Florence, SC; two daughters, Tabatha “Tabby” (Roger Singh) Bellflowers of Florence, SC and Stephanie “Dee Dee” (Eddie) Meetze of Savannah, GA; a sister, Sarah E. Powell of Florence, SC; and two grandsons, Ian P. Singh and Sawyer W. Meetze. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.
