Jackie O'Neal Sanders

Jackie O’Neal Sanders, 78, of Bishopville, SC, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. Mr. Sanders was born a son of the late George O’Neal Sanders and Frances Elizabeth Powell.He was a machine operator with American Bakeries.Mr. Sanders was a veteran of the US Coast Guard. He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Sanders (Wendy) of Effingham; step-daughter, Jolie Sutter of Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Spencer Laws of Virginia Beach, VA and Courtney Sanders of Florence; and his brothers, David Sanders of Fayetteville, NC and Kenneth Sanders of Eastover, SC. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Jeanne Sanders; his brother, Devon Sanders and his sister, Linda Hinds. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Florence National Cemetery, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
