Inez Port Poston

Inez Port Poston, 90, of Stroudsburg, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, and is now resting peacefully in the loving arms of our dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Father. She was the wife of the late Roy Eugene Poston. Born July 23, 1925, in Hemingway, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Thomas Chapman Port and Rebecca (Miller) Port. She was loved so dearly and was the best friend and Mom that anyone could have ever asked for. She is survived by her children, Linda Ann Laney of Ormond Beach, Florida; Ronnie Dean Poston of Tampa, Florida; Sandra Renee Poston of Stroudsburg; and Laura Ann Wybo of Orange City, Florida. Also, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Her children will always love and miss their dear Sweet Angel Mother. In addition to her husband, Roy, she was predeceased by her son, Roger Eugene Poston. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2016, at Florence Memorial Gardens Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday at Florence Memorial Gardens Chapel.
