Gerry R. Colburn

Gerry R. Colburn, 90, of Florence, passed away on Monday, August 07, 2017. Mr. Colburn was born in Kansas City, MO, a son of the late Charles Loring Colburn and Mary Reynolds Colburn.He was the owner and operator of United Financial and an avid golf fan.He was a loving father and grandfather that enjoyed spending time with children and grandchildren who will miss him along with all who knew him.May his memory be for a blessing. Surviving are his son, David R. (Cori) Colburn of Florence; daughter, Bonnie Colburn (Edward) Morse of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Rebecca Playfair, Benjamin Playfair, Matthew Colburn, Christopher Colburn and Mary Grace Colburn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Richardson Colburn.
