Gerald "Jerry" Alan Leach

Gerald “Jerry” Alan Leach, 63, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC.

Jerry was born December 23, 1961, in Washington, DC, to Elaine Knobler Leach and the late Abraham “Abe” Leach. Jerry was a proud graduate of East Carolina University (’83), where he was also a member of the Marching Pirates. He was an avid golfer and a passionate ECU Pirates fan. Jerry enjoyed life and loved spending time with his family and friends. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Adina Hirschmann Leach; daughter, Lyndsay Alexa Leach; daughter, Abbey Maura Leach; sister, Sharon Anne Leach; brother, Michael Stuart Leach (Kate); mother, Elaine Knobler Leach; and many cousins, nieces, special friends, and family.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 10:00am, at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA.
