Geneva Margaret Williamson Tolson Florence, SC Geneva Margaret Williamson Tolson, 90, widow of the late Emmett Woodrow Tolson, Sr.went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 27, 2012 at Commander Nursing Center, after an extended illness. Ms. Tolson was born in Tabor City, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Herschel and Mattie Gasque Williamson. She was a member of Ebenezer Church for nearly 60 years. Ms. Tolson is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Emmett Tolson, Sr.; 4 brothers; and by 3 sisters. Ms. Tolson is survived by her son, Emmett (Marsha) Tolson, Jr. of Sumter; two daughters, Betty (Bruce) Teague of Columbia, and Carol (Jerry) Enzor of Florence; 3 grandchildren, Jennie T. (Brian) Smutz of Wake Forest, NC, Brad Enzor of Florence, and Chad (Trish) Enzor of Lexington; 4 great-grandchildren, Mason Smutz, Will Smutz, Ashton Smutz, and Katherine Enzor; and by a special friend, Linda Tolson. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Sunday at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall and other times at the residence of Jerry and Carol Enzor.
