Florence E. Fields

Florence E. Fields, 91, formerly of Florence, SC, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Mrs. Fields was born in Hicksville, Ohio, a daughter of the late John H. Rohrs and Florence H. Smith Rohrs. Surviving are her son, J. Scott (Nelda) Fields of Summerville; daughter, Belinda (Ray) Hatcher of Greer; grandchildren, Kristen Fields, Karla Fields, Michael Hatcher, Billy Hatcher and Alex Shadrix; six great-grandchildren and a brother, Floyd Rohrs, of Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Fields and seven siblings. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Garden Mausoleum.
