Elizabeth "Libby" Atkins Parker

Elizabeth ”Libby” Atkins Parker, 63, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017. Mrs. Parker was born a daughter of the late R.C. Atkins and Elizabeth Andrews Atkins.Mrs. Parker was an active member of Central United Methodist Church and was also a devoted volunteer of the Bread Brigade at Parking Lot Ministries. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Boyd Dale Parker. Mrs. Parker is survived by her daughter, Katy Parker Brown (Brian) of Florence, SC; stepson, Jamie Parker (Christel) of Fairmont, NC; grandchildren, Emma Brown and Parker Brown and many friends that she considered family. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Central United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Courtney McGinnis Graham Community Shelter, 535 South Church Street Drive, Florence, SC 29506.
