Harris Griffin, 66, of Florence, SC, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026, after a short illness.
Harris was born in Florence, SC, the son of the late Martha and James E. Griffin. Harris was employed at HealthSouth as a Physical Therapy assistant for many years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, James “Jay” E. Griffin Jr.
Surviving is his sister, Bradley G. (John) Scaturro, of Florence, SC; nieces, Kristen (Hanna) Walsh- Scaturro and Kaylyn S. Edmondson, of Columbia, SC; grandnephew and nieces, Colton Edmonson, Callie Edmondson, and Kyle Walsh-Scaturro.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 6, 2026, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, at 11:00 AM.
The burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
