Duncan Neil Leach, III Duncan Neil Leach, III, 42, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 in Knoxville, Tennessee after a brief illness. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Evergreen, SC. Neil was born in Florence Co., SC a son of the late Patricia Mikael and Richard Eugene Leach. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church and a former member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church. Surviving are his children, who he loved very much, 12 year old son, William Chase Leach and 8 year old daughter, Meredith Grace Leach both of Florence, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 6758 Francis Marion Road, Pamplico, SC 29583 or to Evergreen Baptist Church, 6316 Pamplico Highway, Effingham, SC29541.
