Dr. Roger Davis

Dr. Roger Davis, 76, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House. Dr. Davis was born in Hemingway, SC a son of the late Farris C. Davis and Della Mae Prosser Davis.He was a United States Air Force veteran and a doctor of Psychiatry. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Goleen Davis Keller and son, Rhett Carleston Ervin Davis. Surviving are his wife Mary Louise Ervin Davis of Florence; son, Curtis James Ervin Davis of Florence; brother, Farris C. "Buddy" (Frances) Davis, Jr. of Hemingway; grandchild, Maya B. The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 PM Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
