Donna Faye Marlow Atkinson

Donna Faye Marlow Atkinson, 68, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Mrs. Atkinson was born in Florence Co., SC a daughter of Letha Mae Casselman Marlow and the late Arthur “Pete” Marlow, Jr.She worked many years in healthcare in the Florence community at Saunders Hospital, Florence General Hospital, Carolinas Hospital and at HealthSouth. Surviving are her husband, Donald Atkinson; daughter, Kristen (Rich) Waldrop; grandson, Andrew Waldrop; mother; brothers, Roger (Brenda) Marlow, Randy (Marian) Marlow, and Wynn (Kristi) Marlow; aunt, Gracie Marlow; and numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Organization, www.lls.org or to the American Diabetes Association, www.diabetes.org. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 pm Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with the service to follow at 3:00 in the church sanctuary.Burial will take place in the church cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
