DONALD “BRAD” HAYES FLORENCE, SC Donald “Brad” Hayes, of Florence, SC, died suddenly on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the age of 44. Surviving are his parents, Jerry Donald Hayes and Anita Ford Hayes of Florence; brother, Jerry Robin Hayes of Florence and his wife, Tricia Pottorf Hayes; sister, Jada Hayes Griffith of Cottageville, SC and her husband, Lawrence Heath Griffith.He is also survived by two nieces, Taylor Lynne Hayes and Jenna Robyn Hayes of Florence; four nephews: Lawson Hayes Griffith, Jerred Dalton Griffith, Charlton Holt Griffith, and Caden Stone Griffith of Cottageville. Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, A.G. and Bernice Hayes of Green Sea, SC; and Marion and Clarice Ford of Conway, SC. Brad was employed at Rock Tenn and had over 15 years of dedicated service in the paper mill industry.His hobbies were hunting and gardening.He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and was always willing to help others. Viewing and receiving of friends will be held at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home on Saturday, November 22, 2014, at 3:00 PM, with the funeral service immediately following at 4:00 PM in the chapel.
