David Acue Mims

David Acue Mims, 52, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Mr. Mims was born in Florence, a son of the late Gene David Mims and Judith McLaughlin.He was a delivery truck driver for Suburban Propane. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Flora Mims and Irene Mims Salvadar. Surviving are his sister, Laura Ann Mims of Florence, and two nephews, Joshua Mims and Daniel Mims, both of Florence. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015, at Mount Hope Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
