David Hudson

David Hudson, 83, of Asheville, NC, formerly of Florence, SC, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Mr. Hudson was born in Florence County, a son of the late Ben Hudson and Effie Welch Hudson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Surviving are his siblings, Mary Lee Carraway of Florence, Effie Mae Mitchell of Darlington, Ben (Jo Ellen) Hudson, Jr. of Coward, Gene (Shirley) Hudson of Asheville and Paul W. (Shawn) Hudson of Effingham and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
