DAVID HERBERT EPPS FLORENCE, SC DAVID HERBERT EPPS, 52, of Florence, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017. Mr. Epps was born on June 23, 1964 in Manning, SC a son of Vivian Ardis Epps and the late William James Epps, Sr.He graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and was the owner and operator of Carolina Table Co.He was affiliated with John Calvin Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, Mandi Dozier Epps; mother, Vivian Ardis Epps; brother, William James Epps, Jr. and sister, Allison Epps (Stacy) Mitchell. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at John Calvin Presbyterian Church.Burial will follow in the Midway Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 12183 Black River Road, New Zion, SC 29111.
