David G. Currie, 78, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017. Mr. Currie was born in Camden, SC.He was a pro wrestler for many years.Mr. Currie was also an evangelist and loved the outdoors. Surviving are his wife, Judy Allen Currie; children, Robbie (Dana) Hill, Ricky (Deana) Hill and Rhonda Hill; grandchildren, Bridgette Parker, River Hill and Amber (Bobby) McKenzie; and great-grandchildren, Braeson Carraway and Kolten HiIl. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please send a memorial to a charity of one’s choice.
