Evans, 67 of Effingham, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011 in a Darlington Health Care Facility after an illness.The family will receive friends from 6-7 PM Monday, February 7, 2011 with a service at 7 PM in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.A private committal service will be held in Tabernacle Cemetery.
