Cynthia Summerford Severance

Cynthia S. Severance was called to her Heavenly Home, Saturday, July 21, 2018. Cynthia was born December 29, 1924, in Florence, SC, a daughter of Curtis K. Summerford and Daisy Carter Summerford.She was the widow of Bill Severance.Cynthia is survived by a daughter, Donna S. Hernandez; a son, Kent R. Severance; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Our Cynthia will be dearly missed but forever loved and remembered. She loved to bake pound cakes, cookies and homemade fudge.She also had a “green thumb” and was happiest working in the yard with her azaleas.She was a long time member of Calvary Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
