CONNIE POWELL PAMPLICO, SC Connie Powell, 50, of Pamplico, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at MUSC in Charleston after an illness. Connie was born in Florence Co., SC a daughter of Murphy Powell and Mable Miles Powell.She was a member of Church of God of Pamplico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Stanton, who passed away on January 13, 2007, by a brother, Johnny Powell and a sister, Brenda Powell. Surviving are her parents of Pamplico; son, Cody (Lauren) Stanton of Pamplico; brother, Donnie (Missy) Powell of Florence; close family friend, Jeff Singletary of Pamplico and nephew, Tony (Veniece) Powell of Pamplico. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 17, 2014 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in Hicks Cemetery in Coward.
