Claudia Lee Frye

Claudia Lee Floyd Frye, 88, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at McLeod Hospice House in Florence. She was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late William Watson Floyd and Oline Daniels Floyd. She was a homemaker and retired as a sewing machine operator. Survivors include her daughters, Libby Frye McKenzie, Janice Gibbs, Mary Lee, Pat Turner, Stella Frye Pate and Darlene Frye; son, Clifford Frye; sixteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Eugene Frye and her son, Charlie Don Frye. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. A private interment will be held at a later date.
