Claude Douglas "Doug" Mitchell

Claude Douglas “Doug” Mitchell, III, 66, of Florence, SC passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. Mr. Mitchell was born in Camden, SC a son of the late Claude Douglas Mitchell, Jr. and Sarah Hepburn Mitchell.He retired after 33 years of service with ESAB and loved riding his Harley Davidson. Surviving are his wife, Judy Lassiter Mitchell; step-daughters, Chrystal (Michael) Carter of Johnsonville and Kimberly (David) McGee of Florence; grandchildren, Alyssia and Hayden Carter of Johnsonville; sister, Emily Mitchell Moore of Florence; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Osteen, Sarah Brandis, Reed Brandis, and Mick Brandis; great-nieces, Olivia and Nichole Osteen; special cousin, Lola Chandler. The family will be at the home, 1701 Woods Drive, Florence, SC29505. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
