Charles Frank Honeycutt, 49, of Fort Mill, SC passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

Mr. Honeycutt was born in Charlotte, NC a son of James Reed Honeycutt and Elaine Hartley Honeycutt. He graduated from West Florence High School and attended USC. From there he went to culinary school in Charleston and transferred to Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC from which he graduated with honors. Charles worked at The Point Club on Lake Norman as a banquet chef for a number of years. He was an avid coin collector, a miniature diorama builder, and loved to fix things.

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Scott Honeycutt; paternal grandparents, Helen and Floyd Honeycutt; maternal grandmother, Nell Myers, all of Gastonia, NC.

Surviving are his parents; brother, Kevin Reed Honeycutt; nephews, Reed Honeycutt and Miles Honeycutt.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 2:30 pm Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to be held at 3:00 pm at the graveside in Mount Hope Cemetery.
