Carol Cecil Wiggins Florence, SC CAROL CECIL WIGGINS, 68, of Florence, SC died Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness. Mr. Wiggins was born in Marion Co., SC a son of the late Hannibal Langlan Wiggins and Cressie Cooper Wiggins.He attended the Church of God of the Reformation and loved to play guitar and sing, blessing all who listened.He retired from International Knife and Saw as a supervisor. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchild, Ronald Wiggins; two brothers and two sisters. Surviving are his daughter, Crystal (Ethan) Smith of Florence; sons, Bruce (Evelyn) Wiggins of Hartsville and Ronnie (Sherry) Wiggins of Pembroke, NC; sisters, Vergie Richardson of Florence and Ann Toniolo of Santee; brother, Earl Wiggins of Hartsville; four grandchildren, Brandy Wiggins, Ethan Smith, Jr., Devin Smith and Ava Smith and a special friend, Jake "Cowboy" Stroup. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 7, 2011 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
