Calvin James Broach

Calvin James Broach Hartsville, S.C. Calvin James Broach, 54, of Hartsville, passed away Wednesday October 15, 2014 at the Medical University Hospital after an illness. Calvin was born in Florence County, a son of Herman Borey Broach and the late Betty Lee Isgett Broach. He had retired from Sonoco Products Company after over 30 years of service. Surviving in addition to his father of Hartsville are his sister, Kathy (Gerry) Burkett of Hartsville, his daughter, Amanda Robbins of Hartsville, nephews, James (Ashleigh) Burkett and Geoffrey (Melissa) Burkett and three grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Amanda Pentecostal Holiness Church in Florence. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Amanda Pentecostal Holiness Church, 4820 Pamplico Highway, Florence, SC, 29505.
