Bonnie B. Pace

Bonnie B. Pace, 96, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Mrs. Pace was born in Lawrence, MS a daughter of the late Robert L. Hand and Eunice Irene Parker Hand.She was a member of South Florence Baptist Church and worked at La-Z-Boy Chair Co. from 1960 – 1984 when she retired.She taught crafts at the Sheppard Center at Central United Methodist Church from 2002 until 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 62 years, Willie E. Pace; son, George Pierce; grandson, Christopher D. Sykes and her brothers and sisters. Surviving are her son, John Victor Pace; daughters, Eunice P. Sykes and Kathy P. (Tom) Ford; grandchildren, Kimberly F. (Jon) Crane, Kelly F. (Jay) McKoon, Katherine Pace, Ben Pace, Leslie Antici and Antony (Sandy) Sykes; great-grandchildren, Joey Crane, Katelyn McKoon, Trey McKoon, Christopher Sykes, Adam Antici, Cheyenne Sandberg, Connor Sandberg, Shane Sandberg and Wyatt Sandberg. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, www.alz.org. No local services will be held due to the current weather conditions.Burial will take place in Lawrence, MS.
