Birte Johanne Kivett

BIRTE JOHANNE KIVETT STAR, NC BIRTE JOHANNE KIVETT, 76, of Star, NC, passed away on Sunday evening, October 20, 2013 after a long illness at the home of her longtime friend, Betty Trogdon of Darlington, SC. She was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, came to the US in 1965 and settled in Star, NC in 1972.She worked as a nursing assistant at Wake Medical in Raleigh for 10 years and was a member of Star Methodist Church in Star, NC. Surviving are her husband, George Kivett; sons, Michael (Celeste) Christensen of Versailles, KY, Chris Per (Kristie) Christensen of Apex, NC, Peter Kivett of Star, NC and Timmy (Trudy) Kivett of Biscoe, NC; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
