Betty Mae Zielinski

Betty Mae Zielinski, 80, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Zielinski was born in Dillon, SC a daughter of the late Raymond Lee Stone and Ilar Mae Prince Stone.She retired from Bank of America in 1997, was a great cook and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of more than 50 years, John Zielinski; son, John Lee Zielinski; brother, David R. Stone and sister, Rayjean Brooks. Surviving are her sister, Diane (Wade) Hamilton of Florence; grandchildren, Jennifer Zielinski, John Zielinski, Matthew Zielinski, Hunter Zielinski and Lindsey Z. Haselden; great-grandchild, Jeanie Davidson; sister-in-law, Jean Stone of Florence. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Florence National Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
