Betty Mae Gardner

BETTY GARDNER FLORENCE, SC Betty Gardner, of Florence, SC, formerly of Homestead, FL, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017. Ms. Gardner was born in Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Raymond Edward Culver and Frances Johnson Culver.She was past president of Unit 43 and past district president of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Gardner and brother, Raymond Culver. Surviving are her son, Ray Randall of Florence; daughters, Cheryl (Mike) McDonald of Croydon, PA and Dawn (Warren) Leonard of Morrisville, PA; step-daughter, Katie Ross of Coco Beach, FL; grandchildren, Crystal Kincade, Deanna Meisels, Robyn Shamlian, Meghan Schultz, Jimmy McDonald, Mike McDonald, William B. Randall, Andrew R. Randall and Lily Marie Randall; brother, Donald J. Culver and sister, Barbara Cavalla of PA. Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
