Bertilee Tanner Jones

Bertilee Tanner Jones, 68, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2015, after an extended battle with ovarian cancer. Mrs. Jones was born in Georgetown County, SC, a daughter of the late Robbie Tanner and Virlee Owens Tanner.She was a member of Florence Baptist Temple. Mrs. Jones was a loving wife, devoted mother and loved to travel. Surviving are her husband of forty-eight years, Danny Joe Jones; daughter, Andrea J. Graham (Curtis) of Florence; brothers, T. P. Tanner and John W. Tanner (Alice); sisters, Warnell Jones, Lennie T. Miller and Tammie Poston (Larice) and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at Florence Baptist Temple.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
