Barbara “Bobbie” Darenne Lee, 89, of Marion, SC, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
She was born in Friendfield, SC, the daughter of the late James Madison Lee and Pearl Stephens Truluck. Ms. Lee dedicated many years to working as a registered nurse. She was a member at Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Marion, SC.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Steve Lee; nephews, Robert Lee and Madison Timothy Lee.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Connie Lee and great-nephews, Austin Lee, Houston Lee, and Denton Lee.
Bobbie would like to thank her special friends Peggy Privette, the Graham family, and the Smith family. She will see everyone again in heaven.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Florence Memorial Gardens.
Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM, On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in the cemetery chapel. Burial will follow immediately after.
