B H Hicks

B. H. Hicks, 81, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Mr. Hicks was born in Florence County, SC, a son of the late William Hicks and Eva Carnell Hicks.He was a retired maintenance worker at Sexton Dental Clinic. Surviving is his brother, Wilfred Hicks, of Florence, and close personal friend, Glenn Melton of Society Hill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers, Jessie Hicks, Willie Hicks, Eloyd Hicks, Leroy Hicks, Wylie Hicks and Wilbur Hicks and three sisters, Leola Hicks Earp, Annie Belle Hicks Horne, Ruth Hicks Yarborough. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Lebanon Cemetery in Effingham, SC, directed by Stoudenmire-DowlingFuneral Home.
