Arthur Ray Bailey Florence, SC Arthur Ray Bailey, 59, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the McLeod Hospice House after an extended illness. Mr. Bailey was born in Florence Co., a son of Charlie A. Bailey, Sr. and the late Fannie Sue Brown Bailey.He worked with Flav-O-Rich, was a member of Woodmen of the World, and was an avid fisherman. He is preceded in death in addition to his mother, by a brother, Charlie A. "Al" Bailey, Jr. Surviving are his father, Charlie A. Bailey, Sr. of Florence, hiscousins, Johnny & Jeanette Hutchinson of Florence and best friend, who he loved like a brother,Billy (Nita) Carter of Florence. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Mizpah Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the McLeod Cancer Center, 555 E.
