Anthony Burton “Bill” Price, 80, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 6, 2015, at Carolinas Hospital in Florence, SC.He is survived by his loving wife of fifty eight years, Regina “Jean” Price.Devoted father of Barry, Stephen and Carl; their wives, Ann, Kelly and Diane; cherished grandfather of Zachary, Bradford, Casey, Lauren, Ashley, Brian, Tracy and Bud; four great-grandchildren and is also survived by his sister, Gloria Gaydos.He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Adrial Price and his sister, Mildred Beauchamp. Bill was born on January 12, 1935 in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (HS) and earned a BS Degree in Aerospace Engineering from John Hopkins University and had worked towards his Masters Degree. He was an engineer and Marketing Director at Martin Marietta and Fairchild Industries for a total of twenty-one years, past part-owner of RAIL Co.; Marketing Manager with DTI , worked as an independent consultant, VP and part owner of DDD. He was a member of the Navy League and served on numerous boards over the years. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Florence, SC on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 11:00 a.m.Family will receive friends afterwards at the St. Anthony Church Elya Family Center. On Monday, April 13, 2015, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Kingsville, MD, there will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m.Interment will follow in Saint Stanislaus Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Squires Restaurant, 6723 Holabird Avenue, Baltimore, MD afterwards.
