Alziner Mason Weldon

ALZINER M. WELDON FLORENCE, SC ALZINER M. WELDON, 75, of Florence, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013 at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. Mrs. Weldon was born in Florence, a daughter of the late Jessie and Jackie Mason.She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was a receptionist for Alarm Alert for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Russell Weldon, who died in 1996. Survivors include her daughters, Lisa (Charlie) Revell of Florence and Sheila (John, Jr.) Jowers of Marion; sister, Carolina Smith of Florence; brothers-in-law, Thomas Moore of Florence and Richard Moore of Coward; sister-in-law, Sara McCutcheon of Florence; grandchildren, Charles Revell, Jr., Felisha Derrick, Ryan Derrick, Summer Nicole Jowers and Susan Jowers; great-grandchildren, Saylea Stokes and Sterling Stokes. Memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 1356 Pineland Drive, Florence, SC29505. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2013 at Southside Baptist Church.Burial will follow at Florence National Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
