Alton Boyd Chapman

Alton Boyd Chapman, Sr., 69, of Florence, passed away on Friday, November 02, 2018. Mr. Chapman was born in Florence, SC a son of the late Henry Dewitt Chapman and Josie Louise Broach Chapman.He was a painter and had attended The Well in Pamplico.Alton was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers. Surviving are his wife, Wanda Kay McLendon Chapman of Florence; sons, Alton Boyd (Stephanie) Chapman, Jr. and Sohn Ray Chapman, both of Florence; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at The Well Church.
